1. I've forgotten my password

You can request your password by clicking on 'request login data' in the opening screen of MedBIS. The password will be sent to your email address.


2. A product is missing from my order list

Products not on your order list but which are in the Medeco catalogue must be added to 'your products' by the authorized person. This is/these are the key user(s) within your organization.


3. When will my order be delivered?

The ordered products will be delivered on the agreed delivery day, as long as the order was placed on time. It is possible that articles will be delivered later if they are not in stock.


4. How should I deal with a defective order / returns request?

When checking a received order, you may discover that we have delivered too much or too little. In order to deal with this situation correctly, please send us the following information by email as soon as possible:

Packing note number
Date of receipt
Item number
Number to be returned/ yet to be delivered
Number of packages
If applicable: Reason for return
After receiving this information, we shall look into the delivery problem internally. We shall inform you within a day whether the goods can be returned. Forwarded packages are delivered as standard on the next working day. We can deviate from this on request, of course. Returns will be collected by us from your department.
 
NB Please make your returns request within 8 days of receipt of the goods, as requests made later than 8 days cannot be accepted.


5. How can I place an urgent order?

Place a regular order via MedBIS. After placing your order, call your contact person at Medeco to discuss the options for delivery.
 

6. How can I generate a new account/department?

The key user can create and change accounts.


7. Can I change my password?

You can change your password in the system under 'changing your password'


8. How often and how much may I order?

You can order as much and as often as you like. The products will be delivered on the agreed day.


9. This is my first order, how do I know my order will be delivered?

If you have received a confirmation email, you can be sure Medeco has received your order. The products will be delivered on the agreed day, as long as they are in stock.


10. How do I become a MedBIS customer?         

Only care institutions and nursing homes may order directly on-line from Medeco. Contact our Customer Service department at telephone number +31 (0)186 634 470 for the options.


11. How can I change my account details?

Once you have logged in, click on 'my details' to change your details.

12. Why must I log in to place an order?

By logging in, you do not have to repeatedly fill in your details for us. All order information and your order history is saved for following orders and you always have insight into your current order status.
 

13. I want to order something I've already ordered before. How do I do that?

You can re-order an article from your order history and place it in your shopping basket by clicking on 'details' of the order in question and then on 'place in shopping basket again'.
 

14. How can I alter the size of the packaging?

You cannot alter the size of the packaging. Packaging units have been determined for your institution (these agreements have been made with your purchasing department).
 

15. How can I contact Medeco?

16. Where can I find product information?

The catalogue gives all product information with supporting documentation (if available).
 

17. I want to cancel/change my order. How do I do that?

For changes to an order, contact our Customer Service department at telephone number +31 (0)186 634 470.
 

18. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
 

19. By what time must I place an order?

Your order must be received by Medeco before 12 noon, two days before your required delivery date.
