General conditions

Unless explicitly otherwise mentioned, all prices exclude VAT, but include normal packaging, excluding returnable means of transport such as pallets, rolling containers, etc.

Delivery is postage paid for orders of € 200 or more, excluding VAT. € 25 order costs will be charged for smaller orders.

Payment within 30 days.

Where necessary, order volumes will be adapted to standard factory packaging sizes.

Complaints to be made within eight days of receipt of goods.

Return consignments must be agreed with the Customer Service department beforehand, with registration of the reason. Return consignments not agreed beforehand will be refused.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all our transactions are covered by the general conditions as published by the FHI Federation of Technology Branches, registered by the Clerk of the District Court in Utrecht, as well as at the Chamber of Commerce for Eemland in Amersfoort. Exceptions are only valid once they have been confirmed in writing by Medeco.
