Digital Invoicing

We are constantly looking for ways to serve our clients better. This is reflected in our extensive range of products and services. What is more, a responsible approach to the environment is a top priority and we try to keep the waste we produce to a minimum. With this in mind, we took a close look at our invoicing processes in 2009. Together with you, we intend to make the process faster, more efficient and more environmentally friendly in 2010. How? By sending you our invoices in electronic PDF format from now on. In early January we asked our clients if they were interested in this. We received a good 1,000 responses, 70% of which were positive. Some of the remaining 30% indicated a desire to convert to the new system in 2010 but were not yet ready to do so.
